2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the website forms:

• In the enrollment form: the chosen course, full name, identity document number, phone, WhatsApp, e-mail address, province, municipality, neighbourhood or area of residence (optional) and the proof of payment;
• In the place reservation request: the chosen course, full name, identity document number, phone, WhatsApp, e-mail address, province, municipality and neighbourhood or area of residence (optional);
• In the contact form: name, e-mail address, phone (optional), subject and message;
• In messages sent to the virtual assistant: the content of your question, used solely to generate the answer.

3. What we use your data for

We use your data exclusively to:

• Process enrollments and place reservations for our courses;
• Confirm and validate payments by reviewing the proof of payment you send us;
• Answer your messages, information requests and questions asked to the virtual assistant;
• Notify our team, by e-mail, about new requests received;
• Manage the team accounts with access to the reserved management panel.

We do not use your data for advertising, nor do we sell, rent or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data because it is necessary to answer the requests you make on the website (enrollment, reservation and contact) and because you give your consent when submitting each form. Simply visiting the website does not require providing personal data.

Processing complies with Angolan personal data protection legislation, in particular Law No. 22/11 of 24 June.

5. Who we share data with

Your data is stored on the servers of the hosting and cloud database provider that support this website. Team notifications are sent through the e-mail domain notify.nutomassala.app, and the virtual assistant relies on an artificial intelligence service to generate its answers.

Within Nutomasala, only authorised team members access your data. Proof-of-payment documents are kept in a private repository visible only to the authorised team.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enrollment, reservation and message data only as long as needed to manage the training and answer your requests, and for the period required for accounting or legal reasons.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see section 8).

7. Data security

We apply security measures proportionate to the risks: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), role-based access restrictions, a password-protected management panel and private repositories for uploaded documents.

Even so, no system is infallible; therefore we recommend sending us only the data requested in the forms.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request, at any time and free of charge:

• confirmation that we process your data and a copy of it;
• the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• the deletion of your data;
• the restriction of, or objection to, processing;
• that we no longer contact you.

This website is mainly intended for adults. If you are a minor, use the website and enroll in courses only with authorisation from your parent or legal guardian.
